I am very aware that it isn't helping me to be more healthy...however, that is one relaxing Friday evening activity where I am willing to sacrifice a bit of weight loss with a bit of quality of life:)0

When I drink on a diet I try to stick to red wine. It has some health benefits, the calories stack, and it doesn't make me want to eat the house when I have a couple of glasses. I dunno why, but beer makes me want to eat the most unhealthy things.0

But it will make you lose weight slower in the long run
water water water is key when losing when you get to the maintain state then its okay once in awhile

I read this at my dentist office monday also while waiting in one of there health mags... More than 1 drink a day raises your risk of High blood pressure, stroke and breast cancer....
