I won't feel like I've reached my goal until these three things happen:

    1. I am a solid size 6/small
    2. I feel comfortable in a bikini in Vegas, and
    3. I don't have to wear Spanx with my bridesmaid dress for my BFF's wedding in May!

My nsg is to start walking 4 days a week on my days off. It's not much, but it's a good beginning :)

The dream goal is to have the kind of lifestyle and self-maintaining body that doesn't require nibbling rabbit food all day to maintain. Which means I really need to start exercising again, allergies or no allergies, because that's going to require a good bit of muscle.

My original goal was a NSG. I wanted to get back in my favorite jeans that I wore when my husband and I were dating before I turned 50. I didn't care what I weighed, I just wanted to be heatlhy and wear those jeans. It took me almost 5 months, but I did it. And 8 months later, I'm still wearing them. They are even a little loose now.

Size 2/0/00, being fine with wearing JUST a short sleeve shirt (hopefully I won't have to deal with hiding self harm scars and wounds then!), and a 20" waist (not sure if that's possible/healthy or not, so if it isn't, then a 23"). =D

Awesome! My favorite jeans that I outgrew,a long time ago, aren't in style anymore.

To have a body that is age-defying. I want to hear "No way you are 50, you look much younger" - and I want to know it's true. I won't have to dress like a 20 year old, that would be ridiculous. I think I can be age-appropriate and age-defying at the same time.

For my "fat jeans" to go back to "fat jeans" and not just "regular jeans."

I have these pairs of cute jeans, see...

    They used to fit, see....

Now my fat jeans are my regular jeans :brokenheart:

Refuse to buy any more jeans this size...

Gotta lose weight before all my "fit-me" jeans get holes in them, LOL.

Basically I put myself on a clothes-buying freeze until I can fit into cuter ones.

    Do regular push ups
Fit into designer jeans (though this is for when I get to a point that I'm happy with)
