my housemates think it's really weird, but I LOVE a banana cut in half longways and then half short-ways filled with peanut butter: like a pb sandwich but with banana instead of bread!

    yes this!

I JUST TRIED THIS! Cut half a banana in half, spread some crunchy peanut butter onto it and ate it like a mini sandwich. Will DEFINITELY be eating this again :)

    Thanks!

Some of my favorite snacks are beef jerky, turkey pepperoni, yogurt with 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch, and an orange with cottage cheese. All are good sources of protien and not super high calories either.

i think I hear a midnight snack coming on!

I tried a rye Wasa cracker, spread with a bit of light cream cheese, two slices of cucumber and sprinkled with a bit of salt and pepper. yum yum!

light cottage cheese, with a few grapes and black pepper.

a bit of cheerios, couple of mini marshmallows, a few chocolate chips, and a few almonds.

Nuke some spaghetti squash, add just a touch of butter, and 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese, cut in little pieces. Kind of stir it around till the cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.

try this if you like yogurt; one container of Fage greek cherry yogurt, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, 1 sliced banana; stir it all together in a bowl, makes a great snack or breakfast, yummy almost "dessert" like, and the protien keeps you full and satisfied longer.
  • Low fat cottage cheese with peach slices.

Wow! I love that sweet potatoe idea baked in the oven.
Once they cool they could be put into individual serving size baggies. :)
