    Goals, Saturday January 28
    1. Water (10-12 glasses)- done
    2. An extra 300 calories in exercise-done
    3. Finish up pricing stuff for husband-almost done
    4. Store for husband's birthday!- baked a cake but no gifts! I know- rotten wife!!!

    Then again, I did buy a Terry Redlin print last night! His favorite! Happy Birthday to the husband! :)

    Good Morning! It is Sunday and I am feeling kind of lazy. Not a good thing! Will try to do something productive today, but keeping goals simple!

    Sunday, January 29th
    1. Water 10-12 always harder on Sunday!
    2. an Extra 300 calories movement
    3. Stay near calorie allowance

    good morning all. it is 7am here and i'm getting ready for the gym. having a girls day out today so prob won't be logging diet etc but i have been saving my excercise cals for a few days so that will hopefully help. to goals...
    1. to get a really good burn in at the gym and burn some in the pool.
    2. to not go totally overboard when out with friends today.
    think i did good out with my friend and pretty sure everything is logged in my diary x

    Stil not feeling well....i feel off balance and can't hear out of my right ear. My goal today is to keep under calories, drink my water, and get some odds and ends done.

    Saturday goals

    chiropractor appointment done
    meeting with my personal trainer about my meal plan....hoping for good results...great results....2 more lbs of fat gone
    journal my food honestly done
    drink water and green tea done
    watch the 5 DVD's of my childhood (with a big box of tissues) started

    If I had only known that my sister had the films before my mom passed away....she would have loved to see them.

    Saturday was a great day. Officially I am done 6 lbs on the scale. I lost 7 lbs of fat and gained 1 lb of muscle.

    I didn't get to post my goals.....I had them in mind

    here is what I accomplished

    watch the rest of the DVD's......done
    work on special project for work.....done
    food shopped.......done
    picked up mushrooms at Rocky's Mushrooms........done'
    dropped off copy of DVD's to my sister.....done
    journal my food honestly....done
    drink water and green tea.....done

    Today was a great day. Lots of memories from watching the family movies.

    Monday is going to be very busy at work...

    to not get stressed....no stress eating
    to journal my food honestly
    to drink water and green tea
    to get my laundry done (since I didn't get it done over the weekend)

    2. an Extra 300 calories movement- don't think so. Didn't wear HRM. who knows
    3. Stay near calorie allowance-Nope over

    So goal wise yesterday was not good. Number one goal was to relax and enjoy time with husband. That was accomplished. Can tell not enough water though as we ate out and my fingers are swollen and don't want to work!

    Monday January 30
    1.WATER!!!! Gotta wash this salt out!
    2. I need an extra 500 calories burned today to make up for yesterday!
    3. Stay within 100 of calorie goal.

    I know I won't be totally clean eating (homemade chocolate birthday cake) but going to try to stay within calorie limit. Cake is hard to get calorie count (how big is one slice?) Box said 1/10 of cake. I know my slice was smaller, but not going to worry too much, just burning a few extra calories!
    Keep the chins up and the heart rates up today!

    Goals for Saturday/Sunday were:
    1. to have an enjoyable time with my family at my cousin's house.
    2.take my dog for a quick walk
    3. sit and breathe at my daughter's game.

    I accomplished all 3 of these and added some yardwork & I cleaned my room!! Judging by this challenge, I think I only clean my room once a month!!

    2. do minor cleaning around the house
    3. stop eating after dinner!

    Doing a double shift today so not got much free time so goals today will have to be achievable..

    2. take healthy dinner for tea at work tonight so as not to be tempted.

    So sitting in car and class today. Good thing...I will be away from the chocolate cake! Bad thing... Not as much movement! Massage tonight. Really have to get water in and watch calories!

    Tuesday, Jan 31

    2. Figgit, walk, move, whenever get a chance during class today
    3. Watch calories!

    Last day of January! Up to 58 is expected high in my neck of the woods. Normal is 23! I hope to enjoy this today! Have a wonderful day!

    2, yes printed it out avoid hydrogenated oil

    2 almost 300 at gym but the whole day was 319



    jan 31

    1 research exercises for trouble areas

    2. walk at lunch.

    3. gym or wii probally gym tonight and tomorrow nite then rest on thursday for weigh in friday.

    Hello, this is my first post. I have 3 children. I am a homeschooling mom that was active duty AF and just have a hard time finding time for myself. I am making this a priority this year! Thanks for doing this!

    I accomplished all 2 of these, I stopped at calorie goal but still ate after dinner. .

    Goals for Today are:
    1. eat 1300 calories
    2. burn 1000 calories
    3. finish cleaning what I stirred up in my office!! I am determined to be organized!!
