Well, I went in the far other direction!! I gained because I've been on time out from my Dr. It helps me to eat better when I'm exercising. Can't eat what you want and lose weight. That's ok. It's mostly water weight and it'll come off quick.0 -

It seems to me my weight loss is going at a snail's pace. But atleast it's going in the right direction! =D
Last fall, I lost 25+ pounds easily in 2 months. But now the weight loss each week has slowed down considerably. My body really likes being in the low 170's it seems. I think that when I get to my goal weight of the high 150's, it's going to be tough to maintain that.

Thank you so much! I'm so excited, I haven't been losing like this in a VERY long time. I'm taking a handful of vitamins every day, workout, aim for 1200 calories daily and make sure to eat plenty of protein and easy on carbs. I want this to be a lifestyle, not just a fix. So far it's working! Since December 22nd I've lost a total of 16 lb.0 -

Hit my mini goal weight! Yay! However, I went up over the weekend about 1.5 lbs. TOO MUCH SODIUM! Will conquer that this next weekend.
