    Great weigh in today, a little bit surprised actually. I did have a good week, and was hoping I'd see a nice 149 on the scale, but not only hit this goal weight, I almost hit the one for the end of Feb. We'll see if this was a fluke next week, LOL.

    Well, I've discovered that Monday's are my heaviest days of the week! All week I was in the 198-199 range - but I did have a bit of an emotional eating episode yesterday evening. I think I need to start planning Sunday workouts! This was a crazy busy week - one of those ones where you're only home long enough to make dinner, get ready for the next day & collapse into bed.

    sorry I haven't been online much lately - will work for better results this week!

    Good luck to everybody! I know it can be frustrating - I've seen some posts that say they're the slowest looser ever - but I think they've actually lost more than me! I know we can do it if we just keep trying!

    This week, I'd like the challenge to be move more while having fun, so I thought it should be dancing! Dance to at least 2 fast paced songs of your choice a day (more if you can!).
