I would love to join. I weigh in tonight at my challenge that I am doing. I weigh 251 (how embarassing). I want to weigh 180. I am 5 foot, 11 in. I just had knee surgery for a torn meniscus 2.5 weeks ago, but last night I got up to 2 miles walking on my treadmill. Thanks for organizing this.0

Ok, I'm back to post my stats:
SW: 150
CW: 149
GW: 125-130
My workout of choice is running but I do so much of that I'm kinda in a rut now. I actually started off a few years ago at 170, so it's time to kick it up a notch now. I've started hiking with a pack, and also doing the Nike Training Club workouts on my ipod. Let's hope February is a good month!!!0 -

I'm definitely in. I can use all the support I can get. I'm really slow at losing weight so the numbers I post probably won't be all that impressive. But definitely need to stay motivated. :happy:0
