I workout 4-5 days a week. Mostly cardio. Try to eat healthy and count my calories.0 -

Going to start going to the gym on a regular basis again and try to get my eating back under control.0 -

I'm in. I broke my ankle and needed surgery the week of Thanksgiving and just got the "all clear" from the doctor to resume normal activity so a challenge is just what I need (I gained 9lbs since then). I would like to lose 5lbs

My fitness plan will be exercising 5x/week. Combination of Cardio/Weight training classes.
Going to take advantage of the nice weather we're getting in NY this week and walking home from the train station. It's about a 35 minute powerwalk.
