    If I can go down to 150( which is my current goal), then that will be the first time in 10yrs I will be at that weight.

    I am 5'3, have a body fat percentage of 38%, and weigh 180.

    I want to weigh between 140-145. What I have seen in the past is anything below 140 looks unhealthy on me and I want to look fit rather than "skinny."

    whilst doing the weight loss for me, my hubby is trying to gain ready to start weight lifting. he is currently 6ft 2 and 157 pounds.

    i think he needs to gain about 20 pounds first off then go for it with lifting.... any tips for him? hes struggling to eat his recommendations on MFP of 3120 cals per day to gain a pound a week!

    Thank you to those posting their goal is to gain weight. I have two sons who are trying to gain weight, while I'm trying to lose. Much is written and marketed for those of us who are trying to lose, the process can be just as tough for everyone trying to gain weight.

    I keep telling my sons we're all trying for a healthy weight together!!

    So best of luck to you those trying so hard to put on a few pounds.

    Im 42, height is 5ft 5 1/2 inches and my highest was 172, im at 151 and my goal is 145. But once I reach that I may see how I look and feel and adjust accordingly. I do feel great I must say and I plan on making this a lifestyle not a fad!
