    I will go for 40. I am newer than a newbie so i have no ideA what i am doing. Ive lost 19lbs since the 5th of Jan and 24 since the first of the year. Quit soda, quit processed sugar and began counting calories first time ever. Love this board.

    I'm in for February. I might regret that, :ohwell: but I'm going for 85 miles this month.
    That should keep me moving during the weekend, plus the weather is usually nicer in February (even though winter is very strange...) Good luck everybody!

    Lowering to 100 miles. reasons: Avoiding the exercise bike (hate), plan on playing more racquetball (fun!!!) and weights (ick for me but probably need lol) , andi'm trying to limit the jog miles so they are more effective. We will see how the new plan fares. :smile:

    I'm in again but I'm going to bring my down this month since I'm in a challenge with my workout buddy as well. So I'm going to shoot for 35 this month and would like to try and do most of them walking. Thanks again

    I'm in! Last month, my goal was 50 miles and I was 4 miles short. This month, my goal is 55 miles (that's 1.9 miles/day on average). I'm really going to try to spread it out over the month rather than do most of it in the last 10 days, but we shall see! Let's go February!

    Okay......January is over and I am so glad! January sucked so bad that I ripped it off my calendar and threw it away.
    I am back in for February's challenge. Gonna do 70 miles I hope.
