can someone tell me how to get the second ticker to show up??? i tried to get it through signature, but i can't even find the signature anymore!! any help is appreciated
We are no longer allowed to personalize our signature for MFP. If you want to use a Ticker Factory ticker for keeping track of your mileage you have to update your ticker on the tickerfactory webiste, and copy and paste the BBCode into the body of your message every time you update your mileage on this thread. 100 this month. Haven't made goal in a while, but I'm not going out of town this month so I should be able to do it, even though it's a short month.0

I'm in for 150 again ...hopefully I can still nail it in this short month (but it wouldn't be a "challenge" if it was too easy to reach, right?)

So this was my first day of tracking my miles. I did 10min on elliptical and 15 on tredmill and only had 1.6 miles. i need to change my goal to probably 50 miles or less:(

If you have a way to estimate your mileage at work, I guess it counts. A podometer perhaps? Anyway, I've changed your goal to 50 for now0 -
1.5 miles today. .5 before boxing class and 1 mile afterwards. Both on treadmill between 4 and 4.5 speed.0
