    You can count me in! My resolution this year was to lose 5 lbs. per month until I get where I want to be - instead of just saying "lose weight" and then nothing ever happens!

    1st day I worked out at home and did Zumba fitness & I ate just over 1400 calories.

    I am an HR Manager in a retail store, which means I have a desk job. I always try to make sure my calories in are healthy ones. I did get up and walk around the store to check on my employees but I am always worried that my desk type of a job will hinder my progress.

    With that being said, I love the way working out in the mornings makes me feel during the day.


    On Monday I am hoping to start the P90X series... I have hit a wieight loss plateau and need to shake things up with my routines. I am going to take a break from Jillian Michaels and eat 1400 healthy calories a day or as close to.
