This sounds awesome, and the strawberry idea sounds even better. Suggestions on the vanilla protein powder, anyone?

I use Biochem Whey powder, and I LOVE it. I have 4 flavors, and they are are terrific!
  • Sounds pretty good!
  • I think I might try this with greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, and coconut milk. We're minimal on dairy in this house since the s/o is lactose intolerant.

Hmmmmm, no cottage cheese in the house, wonder if it might be yummy with a frozen banana blended in instead...... Less protein, but maybe yummy? Guess I'll find out later.....
  • Can't wait to try this!
  • Thanks for the recipe!! I will be trying it soon!

I find Jello brand sugar free cheesecake pudding mix right there in the store w/ the other flavors of Jello stuff. :-)

OMG okay I made this tonight but use a frozen banana in place of the cottage cheese since I didn't have any in the house - crazy sweet and yummy, very much like cake batter. I think it was actually almost too sweet, which is saying a lot b/c normally I'm a sugar fiend LOL, can't wait to try it with the cottage cheese or perhaps Greek yogurt as others suggested.

Mmm I think I might try something similar with greek yogurt and a banana (no extra sugar) and then maybe freezer it later for dessert ;)

I always assure people that you can't taste the cottage cheese not one tiny bit. The cottage cheese really packs the protein. This tastes just like cake batter that you poured into a cup with a straw. I often stick mine in the freezer and eat it later like ice cream. It tastes SINFUL!!!

    Enjoy
