    Is this Core Fit plan available on CD? I am 5'4" also and started at 150lb and am down to 146Lb in just over 3 weeks. I am pleased with the results but I want to add some strength training to my exercising. You look awesome. I would like to get to a firm 130lbs.

    No CoreFit is a class that I take at a local gym. Some of the things we do in class I would have never thought possible, like hand stand push ups, rope climbing, and the such :-)

    wow...you look amazing! what a great inspiration for me. i am also 5'4" and started a few weeks ago at 157, now at 148 with a goal right now of 125 although that may change later! :) great job!!!
