    Don't remember exactly, but right now I just almost "completed" my diary and I'm over by 973. That's just with dinner, no drinks included.... yet... Well time to get ready.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!

    prior to diet i logged a day where I ate 6606 cals over by 5400!! Since starting the healthier lifestyle I've been over by 943 kcals on a Saturday. I also didnt log on day where I ate quite a bit of grub probs over by 1500 or so.

    My highest day since starting MFP was about 3600 if my logging was accurate. It was an unplanned pizza-for-dinner night.

    I don't know and I don't want to know. Couple of Saturdays ago, I ate 2 pieces of large fried chicken, french fries, texas toast and a salad with ranch dressing. Oh, washed it down with a large schooner of Dos XX. It was worth it.

    The most I'd say was probably around 6 - 8K above goal. It was calculated to be generated that high.
