    Got in a great run - walk yesterday and a beach walk in the afternoon. Today did a 3 mile power walk so that takes me to 11/75

    FEELS GREAT to be back at it!!!

    Yesterday I missed my lunch jog but I did get in my Elliptical for 2.03 which gives me a total of 23.02 miles towards my goal of 50.

    okay..i did 2.4 miles yesterday...I've been doing a 18 minute mile for some time, but yesterday I pushed myself and did 2 miles in 30 minutes. I shaved 6 minutes off my total time!

    A little 3.29 miles today.

    My grippers died today while running :grumble: , so I had to walk, and even that wasn't easy on our icy roads! :noway:
    Now I can say that I really see the difference with and without the grippers, and
    that I couldn't live without them! I'll go get another pair tomorrow, otherwise I won't be able to reach my goal! :frown:

    3 miles last night. I think my stats so far are 21.25 miles/143.72 left for the month YTD 186.14 completed 1413.86 left

    3.6 miles on the treadmill doing C25K w2d2, plus a few extra intervals because Stacy London was on the Chew and I like her. :tongue:

    Still too cold for me to run outside. Did 6.59 miles on the eliptical. Maybe I can run tomorrow???

    2/3 - 1.5 miles treadmill jog/walk intervals (+ racquetball)
    2/4 - 5.25 miles : 3.75 stairmaster + 1.5
    2/5 - 4 miles: 3 jog/mostly walk intervals on treadmill + 1 swim (+ weights)
    2/6 - 2.75 miles: 2 miles stairmaster + .75 swim (+ racquetball)
    2/7 - 7 miles: 2 stairmaster, 4 eliptical, 1 swim (+weights)

    There's nothing wrong about walking when running is just too hard. That's exactly the way to go. Run a little, walk a little, run a little, walk a little. The C25K is a great program to start running (http://www.c25k.com/). Hang in there, you are doing great, just don't stop moving :flowerforyou:
