A little 3.29 miles today.
My grippers died today while running :grumble: , so I had to walk, and even that wasn't easy on our icy roads! :noway:
Now I can say that I really see the difference with and without the grippers, and
that I couldn't live without them! I'll go get another pair tomorrow, otherwise I won't be able to reach my goal! :frown:

You are doing great. :drinker:
There's nothing wrong about walking when running is just too hard. That's exactly the way to go. Run a little, walk a little, run a little, walk a little. The C25K is a great program to start running (http://www.c25k.com/). Hang in there, you are doing great, just don't stop moving :flowerforyou:0 -
