My all-time favorite is a bmt on white with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapenos, oil, vinegar, and lots of mayo but since i'm watching calories i don't eat it anymore0 -
subway finally brought back the oven crisp chicken. kudos to them; they never should have discontinued it.0

I usually always get turkey breast but last time I switched it up and got roast beef on wheat with lots of veggies and some mustard and it was so good!0

I have been boycotting Subway for over a year, but I used to love getting their salads with the oven roasted chicken breast!0

Don't have a favorite, but would like for them to have other toppings available such as pineapple and swiss. I'd eat a hot ham, pineapple, and swiss. :happy:0

I normally have a foot long which is about 800+ cals haha.0 -
6 inch wheat turkey, no cheese, with all the veggies topped with buffalo sauce. Just enough sauce to dribble out the end. There is something about their buffalo sauce on turkey that is just really good.0
-
I usually get the veggie max sub on flatbread with spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, banana pepper, cucumbers, black olives and low fat mayo. If I know that I'm going to have a higher calorie dinner I will get this same sandwich but without the veggie max patty.0
-
I get practically the same every time, whichever bread looks the nicest, 6", two lots of the weird triangle, marg/cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives and gherkins, no sauce. It's lovely and refreshing.0
-
I have been getting the 6 inch flat bread with turkey and provolone (toasted) and add lots of lettuce, green peppers, onions and cucumbers. Then I put just a small amount of sweet onion sauce. Its amazing, and I am fully satisfied by the time I finish! :happy:0
