    Matthew Broderick was great in Brighton Rock. I think 'bland' might be code for 'understated' in his case?

    The most wooden actor ever was probably Dolf Lundgren. I remember someone describing his acting style as being rather like 'animated leather'. And the ever annoying Andie MacDowell in Four Weddings would take some beating in the bad actress stakes. The scene near the end where she says 'Is it raining? I hadn't noticed' has to be one of the most cringeworthy deliveries of all time!

    He was in Brighton Rock? He wasn't from what I recall!

    Sigh, I'm getting old and my brain doesn't work. I meant 'Brighton Beach'. From quite some time ago. :-)

    i LOVE tom hanks..he is my favorite actor..i think my least favorite is dustin diamond..they way he played screech was so freaking annoying..then he just grew up to be an @$$hole:noway:

    Now, I must VEHEMENTLY protest this decision.

    He's adorable...........................and he's a good actor! Please reconsider...........no, wait, keep hating him - cuz that makes him ALL MINE!!

    And I love Nic Cage, too :heart: although more as a younger actor, and MOST in Con Air!!! lucious.

    Cannot stand Jim Carrey in his stupid roles (Pet Detective, the Mask), but liked him in other roles.

    Gerard Depardeiux (or however the hell you spell his name) is a joke..........and the Dumb & Dumber movie is horrible, horrific, badbadbad.

    I like Johnny Depp, but as Willy Wonka? A freakin' SACRILIGE after the excellent work of the fabulous Gene Wilder.....:heart:

    Tom Cruise. I am sorry, but I think he is a terrible actor. So wooden.

    my least fave actor ever.... and I don't think he is "all that" in the looks department either.


    Can't say I agree here. Remove his off screen antics and religious beliefs and his acting isn't bad. He isn't perfect by any means, but he has been really good in some movies. It might just be that he needs a great actor with him also, but both Collateral and The Last Samurai were amazing performances, granted acting along side Jamie Foxx and Ken Watanabe.

    My vote for worst would be Bill Shatner. Plus he's a D-bag.


    Yes! Shatner is a D-bag. And I have personally flipped him off to his face, if that makes you feel any better.

    Also, Matthew McCaughnahey. Terrible, terrible actor.

    I don't think that the actors from Twilight themselves are bad... Well maybe a few...
    But most of them have done really well in other movies.
    I think it's just bad direction.

    I really don't think Jennifer Lopez is a good actress. Any time I see her in a movie, it just doesn't seem genuine.

    Angelina Jolie - I know I will catch flack for this; but I don't care...she is beyond horrid
    The entire cast of Twilight - how they could assemble such an abyssmal group of actors for one production is beyond me
    George Clooney - only because he is the reason why Batman is not a superhero

    hey, finally someone mentioned him! Cant get any more B rated. Except maybe Segal.

    Although i will admit Blood Sport was one of my favorite movies when i was a kid. but hey, i was like 10.

    everyone that says Jim Carrey cant act needs to watch "Eternal Sunshine on the Spotless Mind" he plays the straight guy really, really well and if you DONT CRY during this film, you have no heart or have never been in love.

    bad actors,
    Nick Cage, Vin Diesel, Kristen Steward, (although she ROCKED it as Joan Jett in the "Heart Breakers", Andie Mcdowell,Hugh Grant, Tom Cruise, Kevin Costner, Ben Affleck (chasing Amy he was good in) BRAD PITT !! every leaning actor movie he played tanked. I dare you to name a movie he was the leading male and the movie was good. and no, he did not lead in Legends of the Fall.

    Unfortunately most actors have the roles to mold around them instead of them molding around the role. Which is what ACTors are supposed to do. They are all typecast

    okay. i just have to say... that tom hanks is a god among men.
    i mean... he is amazing as an actor... as a husband... as a father... you just have to love the guy.

    i'm surprised nobody mentioned this actress... she isn't necessarily terrible at her job... but i can't stand her one bit...

    i like something about mary and she was cute in charlie's angels... but nothing at all after that.

    I don't find Jim Carrey funny but he can act when he does a serious role. I loved him in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, he was brilliant.

    My favorite movie EVER!!!!!!!
