    I let my self fall off too much this past year so I have to get back to those high numbers like I had this time last year!!! All I have to do is look at the tables to see how much my numbers have damn near disappeared. No more!!!!

    Completed today (2/10) – 4 miles (Leslie Sansone WATP 4-mile Challenge)

    2/10 Thank goodness it's finally Friday :)

    for last night at the gym on the Elliptical, I did 3.76 which gives me a total for the month at 30.759. Taking today off but will be back on Saturday.

    I am a newbie to this challenge and I am a little late at getting started, but I would still like to challenge my self this month so I am going to set a stretch goal of 75 miles for the remainder of Feb.

    I am not too sure how to add my tracker here as all of you have done, if anyone can let me know how to do it that would be great!

    Walked the dog 3 miles today: 18F air temp and a 20 mph wind. Terribly cold, especially compared to the rest of the mild winter we've been having. The dog didn't seem to mind, though.

    Keep moving, everyone! I love to read how much everyone is moving. This is a great challenge; keeps me moving.

    Went back to the gym tonight with my wife, so added a little more treadmill while she worked out.

    1.8 more miles tonight on the treadmill.

    35.089 down and 14.911 left to go.
