Thanks for this recipe! I have made them almost everyday with both vanilla and chocolate protein powder, reduced fat pb, and special dark cocoa. They are fantastic! I just use good quality papers in a muffin tin. Even DH (AKA the Reese's Inhaler) enjoys them. :)

They're also great with almond butter! I don't add any extra sweetener because my protein powder is sweetened with stevia to begin with. VERY tasty. I froze mine in a sheet, cut into squares and ate them like frozen chocolates. SO GOOD! Thanks again for sharing!

    I make mine this way:
-1 scoop stevia-sweetened choc protein powder
    -1 tbsp Fry's cocoa powder
    -1 tbsp natural almond butter
    -125 mL / 4 oz water

    210 calories
    6 g carbs (2g sugar)
    9 g fat
    29 g protein
    91 mg sodium
    176 mg potassium
    19% calcium
    10% iron
    5 mg cholesterol

It makes a LOT, too (I cut it into squares a little bit smaller than 1"x1", 0.5" deep, and it makes about 16.) Very satisfying.

Oh these are too clever! Finished dinner, got massive craving for 'something sweet', so decided to make these...

...now sitting and waiting patiently for the next hour or two for them to freeze so I can eat them (with a big glass of healthy water for company).

I'm hoping they will be worth the wait (and at least it has stopped me for eating for an hour, so I can let my dinner settle to see if I am actually still hungry!)
