    Phew! Finally broke the halfway mark. 2 weeks more to go with 425 more minutes to clock. Ugh... gotta get off the couch more often :grumble:

    I have just started the 1000 minutes challenge today and am new on here. I did today 60 mins of jogging, 20 mins of biking riding, 50 mins of walking, 120mins of housework, 20 mins of weights. Total for today is 270mins

    Goal already reached! I think perhaps next month, I may go for just 1000 minutes for cardio. This month I included with cardio, strength training, ab work, and yoga. I didn't realize I exercise that much...getting to the point where I'm enjoying it and time flies by I guess :)
