    6. are you still losing? only started at the beginning of the year, currently losing between 1-2lbs per week
    7. what's your goal weight? at the moment it is 140lbs, but I would love to weigh the same as my husband (130lbs)

    5. how many net calories do you eat? 900. I am trying my best to eat more. I lose more when I eat closer to 1,400 to 1,600. My BMR is 1,633 so I try at least one day to hit that. It really does wonders!

    One example of a week (they are always different) Mon/1500, Tues/1200, Wed/1800, Th/1500, Fri/1350, sat/1650, Sun/1500.

    I'm interested in this, do you need to use a set programme or can you just DIY it? Some days I don't eat exercise cals back but others I go over by quite a bit? Is this similar to 'zig zagging' or am I just doing it all wrong? Thanks :smile:

    Just wanting to congratulate you on your progress--however with working our you could eat you calories burned and still lose weight--a greater proportion of which will be fat. Netting under 1200 at your current size is really not necessary. I know it's tempting but you'll likely plateau and have to lower your calories even further which would be incredibly unhealthy. At your size 2 pounds a week is a little much anyhow. I wish you the best

    4. how many gross calories do you eat? have reset my MFP to 1000 per day as for my size i think 1200 is more of a maintenence
    5. how many net calories do you eat? i try to eat between 800-1000 a day
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) i lost 3 lbs week before last but had a bad week last week where i couldn't exercise so only lost 1lb
    7. what's your goal weight? it was 125 but have now changed it to 120, i'm going more by measurements though to be honest

    If you're losing 3 pounds on 1000 then maintenance is more like 2500 a day since it would require a 1500 daily deficit to lose 3 pounds a week. 1200 is definitely not maintenance though. Even if you lost 1 pound a week maintenance would still be at least 1500z

    Still losing! I'm usually between 0.5 and 1 lb loss per week.

    105-110lbs, depending on if I like what I see in the mirror.

    I will try to spell it out for you as clearly as possible-- undereating --> muscle loss --> metabolic slowdown --> plateau --> further calorie restriction --> binging --> weight gain/no weight loss/hunger /irritability

    I dont think informational purposes and pointing out those people is mutually exclusive. Clearly you're someone who is subscribing to the 1200 mindset and take offense.

    No need really--if you dont like my advice then ignore it, move on, or don't post--you have the power to remove yourself from the conversation.

    4. how many gross calories do you eat? It varies - around 1800 to 2200 depending on my workout (I love my exercise cals)
    5. how many net calories do you eat? 1280 (I try to stay close to that sometimes a little over)
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) yes and no... I am losing at about .2 a week but then I will find myself back at 109 again.
    7. what's your goal weight? 105 although I think I look fit right now I still have some fat to lose on my lower half to tone up my butt and thighs.

    4. how many gross calories do you eat? varies... I;m set at 1310 but will eat anywhere from 1310-1600 depends on how much exercising i do as i eat back my exercising calories.
