"Alright, honey, let's pick up the pace. I'm not hitting my target zone here."

It's been about three hours since she was "going to try it out."
She's a lucky, lucky woman.0 -
Definitely report back... and make him wear one too.
^^This! And then any discussion of 'who works harder' can end!!!! Proof is in the numbers!!0 -
Maybe you can make it competitive? Who's heart rate goes up faster? who's working harder? Maybe my hubby will participate more if I get all competitive... hm....0
-
That is one way to make a fun "sport" into a workout and find out the numbers.0
-

Aaaaand this just officially became my favorite thread on MFP ever. From hump rate monitor to bedsport - just AWESOME.  :laugh:0

Better make sure you're doing the most "work" so that you can get the best benefit out of your workout ;-)
That exactly what I was thinking. Doing an exercise multiple ways gives you the best bang for your buck! LMAO!0 -

So I jokingly said to the spouse I should wear my HRM while doing "it" and he actually says I should LOL....
How weird would that be.....although it would be interesting to see the results....
Did you catch the episode of the Doctors? Kissing for 1 hour burns 575 calories!

Ok, for the sake of testing the theory I will try it out LOL.... Curiosity killed the cat....
Killed the cat or choked the chicken????0 -
Okay, how would you even log this into the database...high aerobic workout???? So funny. My husband always said, "statistics say it is like running a marathon"0
-
Awesome0

Been there done that. Got an "average" number for both GOT and GOB style positions. I used to log it as "Cardio Special 1" or "Cardio Special 2".0
-
Sure, it burns calories. That's not the problem. It's the snacking afterward! (Domino's delivers, but that's another story....):laugh:0
-
Wear it during different positions so you can see the caloric difference! >.>0

I don't think Schrodinger had a chicken0

That's an idea.. the beep. A'right hon, not in target zone.. it's beeping. And when it beeps again, you say: Whew! Your turn!
This thread makes me laugh so hard. I know there was another post with the same question in the past. But yes, I am curious too.0 -
