            I think week 6 for me?
 Still haven't made the 3500 yet- and I will be out of town for 2.5 days so a bigger challenge still- but at a hotel with a pool so hopefully will get in a good swim - plus I will be walking a ton

 Tues: 500 (3 mile walk with weights plus 5 minute exercise breaks at work while others were smoking!)

 Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?
 This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

            I didn't see this until now but I would like to get in on it. It's a super great idea! I need all the motivation I can get since I seem to have lost my husband on this journey! :sad:

 *I bought a heart rate monitor and found that my workouts were overestimated even though I reduced the calorie burn est by mfp which I thought was too high. Not enough time to make up for the shortfall but I was over 3500 for the week.0
