    I didn't see this until now but I would like to get in on it. It's a super great idea! I need all the motivation I can get since I seem to have lost my husband on this journey! :sad:

    I would like to start out by trying for 3500 and since I started a day late I will just have to make sure to do more on my first day!

    Tues: 818 calories burned (Elliptical, step aerobics, C25K)
    Wed: 818 calories burned (Wii Fit Plus workout, general aerobics, C25K ... okay that's funny, I exercised more today but obviously less intensity and still burned the same calories as yesterday. Note to self! But todays was more fun so I guess it works out :tongue: )

    *I bought a heart rate monitor and found that my workouts were overestimated even though I reduced the calorie burn est by mfp which I thought was too high. Not enough time to make up for the shortfall but I was over 3500 for the week.
