I would enjoy a challenge. My main issue is keeping busy. So I get my exercise from the outdoors like shoveling manure; or gardening, or moving bales of hay. I also love my WII. I have just dance and I use it all the time. I like zumba as well. I do have the shred but it kicked my butt last year and I havent picked it up since. Hmmmmmmmmm maybe I should?0

I would like to join!!! I also trouble with eating at night; I have insomnia so whenever I find myself unable to sleep (which is most nights) I get up, and it's then when i find myself eating for no reason. I don't belong to a gym, although i do exercise at home by running, walking, dancing, hula hooping and strength training. I am looking to improve my eating habits and I'm doing a 1 mile race at the end of March so I would like to get a good time for that (I've never been that good at 1 miles so under 7 minutes maybe??)0

I could definitely benefit from a challenge! I'm doing okay with my food, but not so much with my exercise. Also, I tend to get caught in a simple carbohydrate (sugar) cycle. I've reached one mini-goal, but that progress is easily lost if I don't increase the burn and cut out the sweets. I'd love to be down 10 or more pounds by the end of March. That is my next mini-goal.0

I just started a week ago with my fitnesspal, but I love it. My goal is to at least workout for about 25 days in March, so almost 6 times a week and loose some inches/centimeters(don't know what you all use ). And of course loose some weight as well, but the main goal is to loose inches in my waist, hips and thighs!

I am so in!!! I am a 21 mom and soon to be wife. My goal is to be down 10 lbs by the end of march. I don't work out as I don't have a gym membership and no at home work out equipment and it is too cold to run right now. When it warms up I plan to go running a few times a week.
You can totally work out at home, you need to get the 30 Day Shred... you can buy it off EBay really cheap and you can use bottles of water instead of weights. If you do this challenge and that video you will meet your goal easier. I can't recommend that video enough0 -
I'm interested. Like others, I eat well during the day then blow it at night time. I need help with resisting snacks in the evening. I currently exercise 3X a week but I have to start running soon. I'm signed up for a 10K in May.0

Sounds like something I could use. I'm trying to get serious again and could use the accountability and encouragement. Sweets are my big down fall! Especially if I get stressed, which can be pretty easy with 2 young children.0

I need to! I need to set an exercising goal because I HATE to exercize! I think I'll aim for doing anything for 30 min/day - 3+ days/week.0

I am in for this too...I have at least 50 lbs to lose, would like to lose 10 by the end of March. I just started walking a little more, cannot exercise right now due to back and neck injuries.
Losing weight first, then will worry about the flabbiness.
I am also in a "Biggest Loser" contest at work, which I started, but the more support the better!0 -

Yes!!! I would like to be down 10 lbs or more by the end of March.
*I need more motivation to eat in the morning and/or exercise before work (i think my days would go a lot better)
*I do okay during the week days to eat better (most days) and to walk, need the extra motivation to do so on the weekends too
*I have lost my motivation to cook (partly due to a recent break up). I absolutely love to cook, find new recipes, etc. So, my goal is to eat out less, and eat less processed foods
*I don't think this goal will happen by the end of March (but maybe)...I would really like to look in the mirror without crying. I have not been able to truly look at myself in the mirror in a really long time without tears streaming down my face.0 -
I'll join in. My challenge is consistent exercise. I have all the tools I need at home, but just can't get and stay motivated. I need some accountability!!!0

I'm in. I want to lose 6 pounds in March ( 10 would be tremendous). I think I need someone to answer to besides myself. I exercise in a "cardio-weights" type class three times a week. I sometimes hike in our hills as an alternative or take 4-5 mile walks with the dog. I suppose that means my challenge is diet!0

Started run10k and plan to join a gym to do classes and maybe even do some gym work out. Can I join in? I lost over 11 kg so far and got atleast 5 kg to go.0

I am so with you on the crying in the mirror - i'ts horrible to feel so badly about ourselves. I just hate the way I look, then I look at myself and cry, then I cannot get motivated for my pity party has taken over....I'm glad to know someone else is in the same boat...and I'm sorry you are at the same time!0 -

my starting weight was 196
my current weight is 178.8
my goal weight is about 145
i go to the gym about 3 times a week or so
i need to kick up my weightloss to meet my goal in june or july!:)would love some motivation0
