    This is awesome!! i weighed a little more than you when I started - and I'm currently 38lbs more than you -- but you look so amazing, this gives me hope that I will not be saggy!!

    It took me about 10 months to reach my initial 100 pound goal but it could have taken twice that long and it would have been okay, because health was always my #1 priority before the number on the scale.

    I won a month of personal training through my local news station, so that's how I learned to love strength training; however, there are a lot of great resources online (one of my MFPals recently let me know about nerdfitness.com, which is awesome) and websites that can help you figure out a routine and show you proper form. I've also heard fabulous things about the book New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women, but I haven't read it.
