    (you guys I made this soup for dinner and it's so good. At the end I added some milk. I only used one leek and two potatoes and it has like 80 calories per serving. win!)

    ** Was looking at dessert recipe on MFP

    So i have seen a few recipes for cheesecake filled strawberries so i decided to try them out and they were such a good little treat!
    You need:
    -strawberries (they kind of have to be a decent-large size because you will be cutting the middles out)
    -half of an 8oz brick of neufchatel cheese
    -3 tbsp of powdered sugar
    -2-3 drops vanilla extract
    -about 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

    So start by cutting the tops and bottoms off the strawberries (so that they can stand up) and cut out the middle making a hole for the filling, being really careful not to cut through the bottom.
    Then, while the strawberries are drying out a little, mix neufchatel cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together.
    Take the cream cheese filling and with a spoon scoop/press it into each strawberry (which is usually about a half-3/4 of a tbsp i'd say).
    Finally, take the filled end of the strawberry and dip it into graham cracker crumbs, just enough to coat the tops.
    And thats it!! ....now for the pics!

    here's what they look like when you scrape out the middle:

    and when filled:

    and finished! yum!

    and half eaten! haha

    so, breaking it down, each strawberry has around 15 cals, and the filling is approx 8 cals and the graham crackers are minimal, around 2-3... so all together approximately 25 cals (give or take a few depending on the size of the strawberry and how much filling will fit)

    I copied the actual pic...but here I need to post a little differently. I sent a nasty-gram to someone who stole the Angry Bird from my desk, threw it @ someone else here and then neglected to return it to its perch...

    2/3 cup dry lentils (I use red but brown, green or a sprouted variety work too)
    2 Tbsp flaxseed meal (I use golden flax ground in my Magic Bullet)
    1 cup water
    sea salt (don’t skimp since this is the main seasoning)
    2-3 Tbsp coconut oil (olive oil, grapeseed, canola, butter or ghee all work – use oil for vegan)

    Directions

    Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 375F.
    2. In a small blender with grind attachment, food processor or a spice grinder, add lentils and grind to a flour. (I use my Magic Bullet with the flat blade).
    3. Add the coconut oil (or oil/butter of choice) to a 8×8 or 9×9 pan* and let melt in the oven and warm (about 2 minutes). Meanwhile, add flaxseed meal, water and salt to ground lentils and blend again for about 15 seconds. It should resemble a thick but pourable pancake batter after it sits (the flax and lentils will start absorbing the water the longer it sits).
    4. When oil is hot and melted, pour batter into the pan and spread with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bread forms a crust. Let cool slightly, cut and enjoy warm!
    Bread can be refrigerated and toasted to reheat if needed.
    *You can make the bread thick or thin by choosing your baking dish and add herbs and spices for different flavor variations.
    For 2 Slices. if cut into 8 and cooked in a pie plate,.

    No One Left Behind Achievement mini-FAQ
    by lord_java

    The crew can die and you'll still get the achievement. Just none of your
    teammates can die. Only the Doc lived for me for the crew, and I still got it.

    I don't know why people are having problems with this achievement. This is a
    pretty easy one to get.

    Just remember the criteria you have to follow:

    1.) You must be a full paragon or renegade.
    2.) You must insure full team loyalty. Just do their side missions.
    3.) You must have full ship upgrades. Boo @ having to mine.
    4.) You must get all prototype upgrades. Ug, more mining.
    5.) And for the assault use this configuration. I'll list all people you can
    use, and also who I used.

    Tech Specialist
    * Tali
    * Legion
    (I used Tali since recruiting Legion is a Paragon action and I didn't have him)

    Leadership
    * Miranda
    * Jacob
    * Garrus
    (I used Miranda both times to lead the second team)

    Biotic Specialist
    * Samara / Morinth
    * Jack
    (Used Jack)

    Crew Escort
    * Any loyal character
    (Used Grunt)

    The team you bring with you to fight doesn't matter as long as they're loyal to
    you. I used Mordin and Thane for my team the entire time. And Mordin and Jacob
    for the boss (because I miss selected Thane). Got the achievement first try.

    Good luck!
