    Je Suis Prest is French for "I am ready". I am a fan of the Outlander book series. It is taken from the main character's family crest, however it has meaning for me as I am ready for this journey!

    Before I even joined MFP, I set out to lose a certain amount of weight by July 14th, when my youngest daughter is getting married. So when I joined here and had to choose a username, I came up with FlyByJuly, because (duh) I'd like to be "fly" by July.

    A friend of mine couldn't pronounce "Edna" ( my real name) and she kept calling me "exna" so that's how my friends from high school call me ....(we are still friends and they still call me that ;)

    I guess Exna is better than my long list of wrong names :
