Here are the challenges:
March 1- 50 jumping jacks
The next person who comments, put March 2 and the goal you are setting.

ok, march 4- jump rope for at least 15 minutes.0

March 7- 20-30 mins strength training (set own intensity)
I have said this as I lack strangth training I need some more lol x0 -

Eat the rainbow, eat foods of different colours of the rainbow or any colour for that fact and report back to what foods you have eaten ! (Fruit & Veg)0 -

Ok, now I'm officially regretting going for this (scared!!)... Lol... I'm also confused =D ( not difficult!) I have up to March 3rd in, then it seems to get out of control!! :sad:

Lol... Aww thanks for caring.. But I'm fine, really Hee Hee I havn't exercised properly in years!! I'm only on MFP about a month... Ahem, I use, what I deem, Humor, a lot... Lol I'm looking forward to it really. =D0
