March MOVE-IT 180 to 360+ minutes a week challenge!!

We are a group who are committed to doing 180 to 360+ minutes of exercise each week (minimum 180). We count minutes for all types of intentional exercise: aerobics, walking, weight training, strength work, stretching or heavy gardening. You be the judge of whether it's exercise. Shake and Jiggle it! Wiggle or Bump it! Thump and Stomp it! Womp it!! Kick it!! Flick it!!! :bigsmile:
We're here to support, encourage, and set challenges for ourselves.[/b] It's all about intention. If we don't make the 180 to 360+ minutes one week, there's next week to go for it.
The weeks starts every Monday in the month and ends the following Sunday at midnight. Then we start all over again the following Monday for week 2, 3, and 4. (March we have 5 weeks)

Last week I did 250 min and I will take it even though I did not make my 300 min goal.
For the month of March I did 1180 min and my goal was 1000 min for the month. This month my goal is 1250 since we have 5 weeks in March.

I'm going to up my minutes a bit this month. Still limited to walking for the next 2 weeks. I don't mind walking outside, but I really do not like mall walking (also adds another hour for driving back and forth) Right now, the weather here is so changeable and I can't count on being able to get out.
