I'm also 5'7". I weighed about 125 when I was in my 30's. I hit 150 in January which is when I started using this app on my iPhone. Since then, I've lost about 11 lbs and am finally below 140. I hope to NEVER go above 140 again. My goal is to get to 135 and then see how it goes from there. I'm happiest at around 130 but I'm not sure with my age and slower metabolism whether I can maintain a weight below 135 and stay healthy. I know that even with losing only 11 lbs, I feel SO much better, my clothes feel much more comfortable and I have alot more energy.0

I was 179.50 when I started mfp. I am currently at 154.50 & want to get down between 135 & 125. I really haven't decided If 125 is to skinny for me. ")0

Thought I'd post here too. I'm 5'5" - small frame and hourglass. Want to get between 105-109 to get rid of saddle bags...and stay there.0

Last time I weighed (about a wk ago) I was 193 from 218. I was pretty happy at about 150-160 but would love to be about 140-145. I set small goals. I'm so ecstatic to be under 200 right now! First time in yrs! My next goal is to get out of the 190's. Baby steps!0

I started at 167, I'm down to 153 at present and want to get down to 130 -133.

I'm 5'4.25" (As we're all "short", I'm sure you know how important that quarter inch is to a person! ha)

I am at 142 right now I was 137 in August last year but stress eating made me gain weight but at 137 everyone told me not to lose anymore because I would be to small. I want to be about 135 though thats what I weighed before having 2 kids.0

I want to be 130 - 150. I am big boned so that may play in a role of me being satisfied at 150.0

I'm 5'4 starting weight is 195 pounds, I am now 189.6 . My first goal is 171 pounds and then I would love to get down to, 147lbs.
It's took 20 years to put it on so it's not coming off overnight! baby steps, and I also want to be happy with the way I look and I would rather be toned with some muscle mass if possible. (don't want much do I LOL)

wow, I'm 5'4" and 160lbs and thought 145 - 140 would be good. Now I am thinking I should shoot for 130-135 after reading these posts. I assume it all depends on the body structure as well. Since I carry just about all of mine in the upper body(stomach/arms) we shall see. Thank you all for so much input. I am new and love reading all the stuff on hear its quite motivating and encouraging.0

my starting weight was 176LBS, im currently at 156LBs. i would like to make it to 140 at least...but my frame is huge and im not sure what that would even look like. i cant even fit my fingers around my wrists there so big. so i think ill play it by ear, and once i think i look good and feel good, ill stop.0

Hi i'm marie I am 5 foot 4 inches tall and trying to get to 130 lbs. I have 3 pounds to go:) Then my goal is to really tone up and get rid of my belly from having the twins!0

I agree, I am the same, large frame and it so would not look right for me to be at the 120-130 mark0 -
I started at 222, am now at 178 and trying for 145. I might re-evaluate that when I get there, but then again maybe not. I'm closing in on 50 and just don't feel the need to be super model thin. I just want to be healthy and look good in my clothes.0

I'm shooting for 150. That should put me at a size 10 or so, which is the smallest I've been as an adult. I have a large bone structure and huge boobs, so any smaller than that is pretty unlikely.0

I started MFP 35 days ago after losing 6lbs on atkins. I have since lost 11lbs which is a total of 17lbs.. I feel great! My goal is to reach 130 - 135, I'll see how I feel when I'm there and decide if I go on to 125. Keep up the good work everyone! There is some SERIOUS inspiration here

My highest weight ever was 205. Started tacking on MVP at 190 and am currently 171.8 and a size 12. My goal is set for 145lbs because i dont think i can recall ever being smaller than that (size 7). I may try to get down to 130 once I reach the 145 mark.0
