I am 140, going to try to get to 125. I hover around the 137-140 range :-/0

Currently 154 and my goal is between 125-130.

Started several years ago at 139. Currently hovering around 125, which was my original goal. Would maybe like to lose another 2-3 pounds and tone up.0

I would like to weigh between 120-125. Just a few pounds to go, but they seem to be the hardest.0

A year ago today I was 135 and didn't feel good but now I'm at 150, at least wanna get back down to 1350

I used to be 125 before I started college. Now I'm in grad school and my highest weight has been 139 though now I'm down to 136. I want to be around 120-125 not sure yet.
I put on a lot of weight because I started taking birth control, started studying all the time and did not have time to cook for myself - so frozen meals, snacks, and drive thru's were the culprit.
But now, I think I've managed to somewhat juggle all that... except during exams week - I don't sleep too much, I surely don't have time to work out, and I eat less than I should. It's torture... lol0 -
My heaviest was 220. I am now 150, my original goal was 145, but now that I am 150 I want to lose more. I want to be able to wear a bikini and I still have a pudgy tummy and big thighs. I know weight doesn't matter and is relative to the amount of muscle that you have, but I am going to change my goal to 130 once I hit 145 and go from there.0

I don't care anymore. I'm about 135 and I'm working on strength and just fat reduction in my mid section. My profile pic is at 186vs136
You look great! I think 130-135 is a healthy weight for our height. I hope I can be 136 soon LOL! I need to tone too! Summer is just around the corner, yikes!0 -
I started out @ 158 with a goal of 129. Got to a not seen in a long time 123 (in 10 months) but have bounced back to 133. I like the original goal of 129 and am gonna aim to stay there. It works for me, but may not work for everybody. Best of luck.0

My goal is 140-145. My lowest was 145 when I was running cross country in high school, and I felt good at that weight ...I can't really imagine getting below that.0

Currently at 169 and would like to get down to 135 or 140. Have been working on this for several years. Started at 196 at Weight Watchers and got down to 162 and had some problems with cancer and quit. I got back up to 179 and decided to try My Fitness Pal. Was down to 162 before the Christmas holidays, but picked up 8 pounds which I am currently trying to get rid of and then work my way down from there. So long losing and so quick to put the pounds back on.0

looking at everyones answers makes me feel like my goal may change but Ive been overweight my entire 21 years! well as far as I can remember and as long as it actually mattered to me the lowest weight compared to where I am now that I can actually remember was 208 so my thoughts were to be at 170-175 I dont really say thats a goal because i want to lose until I like the way I look0

Im currently at 147- heaviest I have ever been is 150 (a week and a little ago) but im trying to get to my post-pregnancy weight of 1250

I'm unsure of my lowest weight, b/c I may or may not be there now. I've always consistently been around 145-155 since I'm a every active, high performance athlete. I play and coach volleyball, so most of my weight comes in muscle.
I dont own a scale, nor do I ever want to... however, this Christmas I visited back home and my parents have one. Decided I'd hop on, just once during my stay, and I was 139. I've increased my lifting a bit since then, so I anticipate I may have gained since then. So far, that has been the lowest I remember being as an adult.
My Goal is to look in the mirror everyday and be proud of my work. No regrets. And to love myself the best way I can that day.0 -
