I'm going to up my minutes a bit this month. Still limited to walking for the next 2 weeks. I don't mind walking outside, but I really do not like mall walking (also adds another hour for driving back and forth) Right now, the weather here is so changeable and I can't count on being able to get out.

This is good. It just so happen that I finally started exercising tonight. And ironically, I said to myself after the class that I should get in 30 minutes of walking Wed and Thurs during my work lunch hour and then find something to do either Sat or Sun then return to my line dance class next Tues, which would at least 180 minutes a week. I'm pumped for this challenge.0

Hi all! New to MFP, and this is my first post in the community. I like to exercise because it's the only way I can eat all the calories that I crave everyday! My favorite workout is to ride my bike (love my Surly), which is now on a trainer in the basement so I can ride it all year long. For weight training I workout with kettle bells a couple times a week, and I also walk. I like to mix it up to make sure that I don't put too much stress on any one muscle group. I wouldn't mind adding swimming or some yoga, but there's only some much time. Maybe this summer.
Hey gspea, I like your photo...we raise Labs & currently have 3 chocolates. Sometimes I go crazy keeping up with all the muddy paw prints, but they are nothing but sweet and loving all the time:)
