Good job! Keep up the great work, I bet you feel great!
YOU LOOK FANTASTIC !!!!! I'd love to look like this0 -
Started on MFP in September 2010. I'm 5'10" I was 294 at my heaviest, 280 when I started on here, and reached my initial goal weight of 180 in about 10 months.
Since then, I've shed quite a bit more weight, although I was perfectly healthy at that initial goal.
I had 56% Body Fat (EEEEEEEEEK!) at my heaviest and am at about 22% now:
I'm now 161 but am working on gaining some muscle so that may go up a bit and I'm okay with that.
Then:
Now:
**Please ignore the ugly tummy skin (side effect of shedding massive amounts of weight after being obese for years after having a 9 pound child at the ripe old age of 18)0 -
80 pounds and 3 years (180 on the left - 260 on the right)
90 pounds and 3 years (260 on the left - 170 on the right)
I know Im losing weight very slowly, but I dont want the extra skin... I'd rather make sure Im living this way- instead of speeding toward a destination. THis IS my life... not just my transformation0 -
I started my weight loss journey at around 165-170lbs and was TOO ashamed to take any before pictures. I wish I had, but I have them starting at around 145lbs. I'm 5'1, currently around 125lbs, maybe a little less, and I started losing weight in July 2011. I've lost a little over 40lbs at this point and my goal weight is around 100-110lbs! : ) I'm wearing a size 3 in pants, but they are starting to get way too loose. I mix it up with both cardio and strength training.
The last photo to the right is around 127-128lbs in case you can't see it.
YOU LOOK GREAT!!!!!!! - I want to copy your workout and diet asap0 -
Not sure if this is going to work.
I started my diet on January 31
These two are me in December
And this was today 13.5 pounds lighter.
Not sure if you can tell a difference. I am going to start taking pictures of myself with the same outfit on every week (the last picture).0 -
