    Mon: 90 minutes total (50 min Aquafit, 30 min weight training, 10 min cardio - elliptical and rowing)
    Tue: 60 minutes of run/walk intervals
    Wed: 92 minutes total (60 min Aquafit, 30 min weight training, 12 min. cardio - elliptical, rowing , stationary bicycle)

    Total Left: 193 Minutes.
    Not sure if I'll manage the Full 360. I work Longer hours on Saturday Sunday so I don't usually work out. :o

    I also walk to back and forth to work daily. 30 Minutes if I only work one shift or a hour if I work two... I dont log it though....?

    Tue: Pilates class 75mins (a bit gentle) plus gardening - more vigorous 120 mins
    Wed: Aerobics 35 mins + cool down

    Total so far 225 minutes - don' think I can count the pilates - I didn't raise a sweat. What do you think?

    I think as long as you are moving and intentionally working it - it counts!

    This is exactly what I need! I have been finding my exercise mojo to be lacking this past week or so. Since the week is already a few days in, I will try the lowest amount...180 minutes!

    Okay, I decided not to count cleaning. It feels too much like cheating.
    I would like to try for around 200 minutes a week but doubt I will get that far so I will say 190 minutes.

    Monday -aerobic dancing (Kinect xbox Dance Central) : 60 min; 311 calories burned
    Tuesday - Aerobic Dancing (Kinect xbox dance central) : 20 min; 103 Calories burned
