Not sure if I'll manage the Full 360. I work Longer hours on Saturday Sunday so I don't usually work out.

This is exactly what I need! I have been finding my exercise mojo to be lacking this past week or so. Since the week is already a few days in, I will try the lowest amount...180 minutes!

Okay, I decided not to count cleaning. It feels too much like cheating.
I would like to try for around 200 minutes a week but doubt I will get that far so I will say 190 minutes.
