    ZUMBA 4 days a week!!! :D Thats all ive done and Ive lost almost 25lbs in 6 weeks :)

    I do Bikram yoga (26 poses in a really really really hot room), Kundalini yoga (which involves chanting!), and walking for hours and hours (usually to one of the many free museums nearby). I hate jogging!

    I love to dance, so i'd say try dancing or zumba. Sometimes i put my HRM on and just do all sorts of crazy things to get my HR up. Buy some exercise videos like Jillian MIchaels, or Billy Blanks etc. I get tired of the traditional workouts myself. One day I put my HRM on and went shopping at the mall and I burned like 1000 calories. =)

    I'm a preschool teacher's aide. I work in the toddler room. I get a workout every day, lifting and squatting, running and wiping. And I get paid for this. I guess it's a good thing :tongue:

    I'm a preschool teacher myself, and yes quite a work out I must say!

    Zumba, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, & Piyo (mix of pilates & yoga) And yes I run sometimes too. It really does burn TONS of cals :) Weight training is also fun actually.
