March Daily Step Challenge

Options
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    I'm going to try to do this too - but not until the weekend because I misplaced my pedometer, so I need to track it down (no pun intended) :laugh: I really want to see ball park how many steps i take in a tyical day so that I can see how many I need to increase by.

    I'm going to try this step challenge. I have no clue how many steps I take a day? Should be very interesting to see the number at the end of the day. I was prepared and already have my step counter on for the day :)

    Yes, I will definitely continue with the step challenge. I had some days below 10k last month, but also had enough days over to see an average of 10,000. I'm very happy with that.

    I'm in! I usually get about 5000-8000 in a day, but I always aim for 10000. I only reach that on days I go walking.

    I have a New Balance Via Slim that was about $30. It is small and it works great.

    The first few weeks that I counted my steps I was in the 2000 to 5000 step range. I guess I have really changed my walking patterns to add steps becuse my lowest daily count last month was 6,364.

    3/1 - 17,023 This is not a typical day because I did a lot of cardio workouts instead of my lifting. It will help make up for my days that I fall short. :) Looks like everyone is off to a good start!
