    Taso- I think you forgot to add that we also need to take into account that muscle weighs more than fat..........

    Remember, you don't burn fat at high intensities, you must work out easier in the fat-burning zone. It goes to follow that you burn even MORE fat if you don't leave the sofa at all.

    Yes, but you must have a balanced dinner in the evening. You will in no way feel hungry or that you are missing out while doing this. Plus it is easy to do for life.
