You forgot to add that you *must* add a tablespoon of coconut oil to every meal, because it keeps you much fuller than actual food. :noway:0

Remember, you don't burn fat at high intensities, you must work out easier in the fat-burning zone. It goes to follow that you burn even MORE fat if you don't leave the sofa at all.0

Yes, but you must have a balanced dinner in the evening. You will in no way feel hungry or that you are missing out while doing this. Plus it is easy to do for life.0
