I look kinda how I want to look now but there's some stubborn back and belly fat that I'd like to slim down

anybody on here a big boned 5'5 gal? I'm 5'5 but I don't know if I'd be able to get below 160.... That's my goal for now and then I will reassess once I get to the 160s.... My first goal had been 145-155 but then I up'ed it to 160... what do you ladies think?

I don't know about "big boned" but I have a naturally more muscular physique than some, so I always look bulkier than, say, my sister, for example.
I lost weight a few years ago (before a bout of depression), and I bottomed out at 167. I'm sure if I stuck with it, I could have kept going, but changes in lifestyle and motivation caused me to stop.
I'm now at 216, looking to surpass my previous low of 167...

I think with the right meal plan, and the right exercise, you could blast through 160!

    I'm 5.4 and 3/4.

Before MFP, my weight was 130 to 132. Since MFP, I'm consistently between 128 and 129. I've been on a month and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed with the results but I am happy to be eating A LOT healthier.

I'm starting out at around 160 and I've dropped a few pounds since then. I haven't weighed myself yet because I'm afraid I'll get hung up on the numbers :(
