    I think I have a can of chickpeas in the cupboard. Salt and Vinegar is one of my favorite flavors so I am definitely trying this! I've made similar recipes before with garlic, herbs and other spices but I bet this will be my favorite.

    Dill pickle chips are my all time favorite chip. I wonder if you could soak them in the juice. I will have to try....

    A cup of chickpeas has 354 cals. A quarter of that is 89. The olive oil adds another 10.

    I heard that they turn out crispier if you dry roast them then add the oil and salt after they are done. You can do this to green peas and other legumes too with your favourite spices
