I eat roughly 1000-1100 cal per day.. I do however give myself a treat day once every 10 days or so when I eat about 1500. . .
The only problem im finding is that now that Ive lost some bulk I have a flabbier stomach and lovehandles where it used to be more rounded. Plus, my legs are so BIG compared to everything else on me :sad:
I take a bike ride almost everyday with my 3 year old and I also walk while he rides his tricycle... besides that Ive been slackin on the working out..... BUT I cant wait to drop another 10 pounds and then re evaluate these things...0 -

I try and eat all my calories every day. I am finding it hard to eat them all including the ones i burn from exercising. I am addicted to turbo jam and crunches. I also do an hour of cardio everynight while i watch tv before bed. I eat and eat but most of the time do not get enough calories, I even eat junk lol
But i am losing inches so i just go with it0 -

I try to workout when I can and working on making it a daily habit. I would ultimately like to do cardio and strength alternating and throw in a lil pilates or yoga on down days. and Im a video junkie as well.
my calorie setting is 1360 i try and stay between 1300 and 1500 and i eat my exercise cals on the days i workout.
I am by far not perfect at this and my real goal is to be healthy.0 -

I go to aerobics classes on campus and use the exercise equipment in the rec center including the treadmill, elliptical, step machine and stationary bike. I do strength training too. I also do Jillian Michaels DVDs a lot, and TurboFire and P90X when I'm not at school.0 -

I eat about 1200, when I exercise I might consume about 250 cals more, I only eat if I am hungry. I eat more protein and fiber, so don't really have hunger pains. I exercise to videos that run 20 to 40 min 6 days a week(tae bo, biggest loser), do the elliptical, walk or bike ride. Today is day one of 30day shred and day 3 of the 200 situp challenge.0 -

I started MFP back up again in January originally eating 1200 calories but stalled out and am now eating 1300. I run 4xs per week between 2.5 to 5 miles currently but that will increase with my 10k training schedule (and so will my calories). I eat back all of my excersize calories now. If I didn't, I would only net about 800 to 1,000 calories and that is far too little for me. I'm a much nicer person when I'm not hungry all the time.0 -

MFP recommends 1200 calories a day but I eat that plus my exercise calories per day. I do light cardio every morning and walk 30-40 minutes sometimes twice a day 7 days a week at 3.0 and 4.0 mph. I eat all health natural and organic foods. I stay away from processed foods as much as possible. I started about 4 weeks ago! Good luck everyone0 -

I have MFP to 1270 calories a day but sometimes I go over because I'm doing a high protein diet. I'm hypoglycemic (it's in my genes) and hypothyroid so a low carb diet helps me to better manage my glucose levels.
I have only been doing this for the last 3 weeks as I barely started to get serious about my weight after I gained 20lbs in two months (thank you hormones). I got myself a personal trainer and I work out M-F 45 minutes of circuit training. My trainer doesn't want me eating my exercise calories back, however she recommended to get 1g of protein for every pound of my desired goal weight. Eating 120g of protein is really hard! I have been supplementing my protein intake with protein shakes and I'm barely making it to 110g daily . I'm just full most of the time and it's also hard to balance more protein while trying to stay low on my calories too.0 -

Calories: My goal is 1200 per day. If I exercise (always do) and I'm hungry, I will eat more but I don't go over what I've earned.
I started MFP mid Jan this year and I've lost 10lbs this way.
Exercise: Right now all I'm doing is walking. 4-7 miles daily, at whatever speed I feel like doing. I started doing that on Christmas Eve and I've lost 13 lbs since then. I started out with 30 minutes at 1.5 mph and now I usually walk at 3.5. Now I can run if I want, but I don't want to. lol0 -

When I started MFP I was eating anywhere from 1700-2000 a day. I lose 0 pounds, and I think I even gained a pound or two. Frustration set in, so I began training with a friend who is a personal trainer/nutritionist about a week ago. Since then, I've reduced my calories so that I eat 12-1400 on non-workout days, 14-1700 on workout days, and 1900 if I work out twice in one day. Also changed some foods; I've been eating WAY more veggies, and every morning I have a protein shake with coconut oil to help my metabolism. I also changed to sprouted grains for my carbs.
After these changes, I've already lost one pound! It's not a lot, but to actually see a change on the scale was amazing!0 -

Exercises: Walking or biking to and from work (1 mile each way, 5x a week), walking the dogs 20-40 minutes a day, Bikram or Kundalini yoga a couple times a week, more walking, swimming laps once every week or two, and more walking. I live in an urban environment, so it's easy for me to accumulate a hour or more of walking just with normal daily activities.0 -

I've just started this about mid January and it's made it really easy for me to stick to. I've never had a huge weight problem..nothing more than maybe 30 pounds overweight which is of course 30 pounds too much so I've never really tried to lose it and keep it off. I've lost it before and kept it off for a year and a half but then life and kids and whatnot happened. Now I'm soon to be 40...in Nov...and I've decided now is a good a time as any to get my butt in shape!

I pretty much stay within my 1200 daily calories and try to eat the healthiest option I can. Water only..pop and stuff isn't hard for me to go without. I try to do an hour of cardio 7 days a week..walk a 35 min 2 mile walk when I can and just get out and play with my kids..my son plays soccer so mostly just getting out with him and kicking the soccer ball. I do all my exercise at home. I have a Wii with Wii Fit Plus..My Fitness Coach..Zumba Fitness and with the Xbox I'll do some Kinect or play my Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge. That's pretty much it. I do eat back my exercise calories tho.0 -
I'm 5'2". My starting weight was 270. My current weight is 250. My goal is 170. I realize that is still alot but I have a big bone structure and I'm trying to be realistic for me. I am 60 years old. My exercise routine is swim 1300 M on MWF and walk about 30 min. on 3 days(bad knees).0

I eat anywhere from 1500-1700 calories a day. When I exercise more I eat more. And yes, I eat my exercise calories. This is a lifestyle change. I will not starve myself nor deny myself anything I really want. Everything in moderation. I truly never thought I'd ever wear a size 2!!!

I am just shy of 5'3" with a large frame, curves and all. I would love to get down to around 160ish but for right now anything under 200 would be great. I had gastric bypass about 8 years ago and gained all my weight back. I can't eat certain things because of the surgery but I also don't lose weight anymore. It's been a huge struggle for me over the past several years and now I'm just trying my best and what ever happens happens. I'm no longer going in with an idea of what I'm supposed to look like or who I'm supposed to be cause I'm already me. Good Luck and thanks for the post :flowerforyou:

1500 calories I walk 5 days a week in the morning and try a PM walk at least 3X a week for 2.5 miles. LOVE! Zumba and Hot Hula. It's been a life long struggle for me hope to be under the 200's by the begining of next year.0
