      Thank everyone for taking the time to reply. It is just so weird that I am now on the flip side of this. Just a year ago, I was the one posting on the success stories going "wow, if only I could do what you did".

      To answer a couple things:

      I'm 6'2" I did this in about 12 months, one short friggin year. That's it!

      Top Tips:

      Have a cheat day once a week
      Eat what you love, just eat a lot less of it!
      Weight yourself every day...but record only once a week.
      Tell EVERYONE your goals and plan. It is easy to let ourselves down...hard to let EVERYONE down
      Don't look big picture, take it in 10 lbs increments. If you are 320, your only goal is 310, then 300, then 290.
      CELEBRATE each milestone.
      Take tons of photos and videos. You will HATE them today but LOVE them tomorrow.
      Don't "exercise", just walk. That simple, go for walks.
