 183 lbs
BMI: 25.5 (overweight by 4 lbs)
Size: Right now I'm between a 10 and 12. I think ten more pounds and I'll be a solid 10. I started off at 200lbs and was a really tight 12 (should have been wearing a 14, but I refused to buy anything in that size.)0

            I'm 5'7".
Currently, I'm 134 lbs, BMI 21.0, body fat 22-26% depending on what is used to measure, and am now wearing size 6 jeans and small-medium tops. 3 years ago I weighed the same but wasn't lifting weights at all and was an 8/medium
Last fall, I weighed 155 with BMI 24.3, bf% 29-36%, wore 10 (tight) or 12 (loose) pants and mostly medium tops, some large.
 I'm a pear shape.0

I'm 6' and currently 220 lbs. My BMI is 29.8 and my body fat is about 40%. I wear a size 16 in pants and dresses and a large in shirts.
I've been as small as a size 9/10 and as large as an 18. But I've been a 16 for a while. I've never been smaller than a size 9 though (at least not since I was 16 and I'm 30 now...)0

.. But, trust me... it's a good thing. As a short girl, I envy my 5'9" best friend and the fact that she has AMAZING long legs!
True that. I always see people with legs that go on for miles, and I'm slightly jealous, because my legs will never go for miles, haha.0

My BMI is 35.0. I weigh 217 at 5'6. I wear size 16 or size 18 pants depending on brand (but 18s end up very saggy at end of day.) I wear an XL in shirts.

Your build is very similar to mine. I'm 5'8 and a half" and 141lbs, BMI is 20.8. Before I lost this weight I teetered between a 10 and 12. I don't know what happened but probably within the last few lbs I've miraculously started fitting into 4's and 6's. I've been this weight before but still stayed around a small 10 and always a size L top. I never thought I could be as small as I am now, but I think it's because I started lifting weights.0

Someone said something about not using BMI. Seriously...it's really misleading. I'm 5'2 3/4'' with a BMI of about 18.6 (105 lbs, size 00-0), but there are a lot of women just on this thread who CLEARLY have way less fat and more muscle than I do, but have much higher BMI's. Fat percentage is really what counts. I suspect mine is high. Working on it.0

This website really helped me put things in perspective! So I second the fact that you need to check it out!

I found that with a BMI in the middle, I needed a size 10, due to my hip size. I am a medium build, quite broad shoulders and hips.0
