    Thank you all :smile: Still got 14 pounds to go but losing weight is much easier after 6 months or so! Been over a year now so I am comfortable to reach my goal!

    It wasn't easy for the first 3 months. It has gradually got a lot easier over the last 8 or 9 month to the point where I am comfortable with the amount of food I now eat. At first it was a bit of a shock cutting down on calories but now it is much easier!
