Sat: 45 minutes (30 C25k, 15 arc trainer)

I'm in, and a newbie
Week # 1 -- Feb 27th -- Goal 360 minutes:
Mon: 35 mins elliptical, 15 mins strength training, 20 mins swim
Tue: 35 mins elliptical, 30 mins strength training
Wed: 45 mins elliptical, 15 mins strength training, 20 min swim
Thur: 60 min personal training session mainly on TRK (the thing with all the straps that uses your own body weight)
Fri: Too knackered from Thurs lol. Managed 20 mins swinging Poi, not sure if this counts as exercise?
Sat: Entire day drumming (no idea of cals burned but it's very energetic!)
Sun: 15 mins elliptical, 20 mins strength training, 30 mins swim
I also spend a lot of time walking/ lifting/ carrying things around the yard/ field looking after my horse day to day
Total / min left: 340 / 0
That's 340 mins not counting drumming and Poi, or 660 counting0 -
I'm going to up my minutes a bit this month. Still limited to walking for the next 2 weeks. I don't mind walking outside, but I really do not like mall walking (also adds another hour for driving back and forth) Right now, the weather here is so changeable and I can't count on being able to get out.

wed- none today- way too much on my plate!
thurs- run/walk- 60 minutes
fri- walking- 90 minutes
sat- stationary bike-(level 3, 16-20 mph) 60 minutes Wind warnings outside today and I could not deal with mall walking again today!
