      AMAZING!!! i LOST 93LBS. ON ATKINS BUT GAINED IT BACK AND A FEW MORE!! i have felt terrible with many health issues. just started back on low carbs and down 14 lbs. in 2 weeks. guess i have to look at it as a way of life and not a diet!!! oh well, i can get used to omelets and sausage!!!
