Tue: 45 min elliptical, 20 minute treadmill, 60 min crossfit
Wed: 75 min elliptical, 30 min tabata, 60 min total body workout
Thur: 30 min elliptical, 30 min tabata
Fri: 30 min elliptical, 30 min tabata
Sat: 60 min walk
Sun: 40 min elliptical, 30 min tabata
Goal Reached: 660/500 minutes
Will up my goal to 700 min for the upcoming week0 -
