15. Odds are you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while having a meal so you're not gulping down more than you need to feel full.
33. Distracted dining will get you in trouble. Avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater, as you're bound to consume more calories.

If you skip a meal, you will go into "fat-starvation mode"- UNLESS the meal is dinner and the purpose is to have sex, you have done the requisite metabolism-boosting by drinking chili-pepper green tea, and you make sure you track your activity with a pedometer!0

Some of these are great tips, some are bunk. The problem is that Dr. Oz. is a self serving, money hungry *kitten* who will say anything for a buck, so it's difficult to take anything he says seriously. But that's just my opinion.0

I want to try some of this suggested 'strength straining' and to do #67 or #68... since they're exactly the same... right? Sweet Jeebus!
Oh and the 'sex instead of eating' is only proper if you want to burn a couple of hundred calories. It seems like much more of a workout than it is depending on amount of arousal, position and duration. A 30 minute quickie isn't going to get you those dramatic weight loss results.... but it sure is fun! Be sure to wear your HRMs you lovely love-birds!0
